- Create detailed engineering plans and specifications
- Manage project lifecycle including client interaction
- Direct engineering solution development with Civil 3D
- Organize documentation for regulatory and tender processes
- Supervise construction services and safety protocols
- Civil Engineering degree plus a minimum of 10 years' experience
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status in BC or eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Strategic thinking to support office growth
