Clinical Leader - General Medicine Focus

Your strong leadership will empower staff and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff compliance with professional practice standards
- Advocate for best practices in clinical settings
- Develop educational content and strategies for nursing staff
- Conduct compliance evaluations and recommend actions
- Assess quality of care through data analysis
- Master's in Nursing or relevant academic background
- 5 years of nursing experience in community hospitals
- Registered and in good standing with CNO
- Certification in BCLS and ACLS required
- Strong analytical and leadership competencies
