In this challenging position, you will support the complete product development lifecycle, from conceptual design to product launch. Your role will involve significant interaction with process engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to fulfill customer requirements and enhance product quality. You will also lead various initiatives aimed at driving continuous performance improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and analyze engineering specifications
• Support prototype documentation and validation processes
• Improve product cost and quality through initiatives
• Create engineering drawings and models efficiently
• Support corrective actions and ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in automotive product engineering
• Engineering degree or higher, preferably in a related field
• Knowledge of automotive product development standards
• Proficiency in CAD tools, especially SolidWorks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
