- Provide personal care for daily activities and hygiene
- Support physical and emotional needs of seniors
- Ensure compliance with residents' rights and standards
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for clients
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Graduate of approved Personal Support Worker course
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred
- Current CPR Certificate required
- Registration with HSCPOA preferred
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Chinese is an asset
