Industrial Territory Sales Manager

Drive industrial sales growth remotely across Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes through consultative selling and enterprise account development.

As Business Development Manager, you will own an established territory and expand key accounts while acquiring new business. The role serves industrial distribution and manufacturing customers through standard and customized hardware, HVAC, NTEC products, and supply chain solutions. You will work autonomously while collaborating with inside sales, market leadership, quality, and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Own territory revenue, margin, and growth trajectory
Forecast pipeline conversion likelihood accurately
Acquire new business through targeted prospecting
Expand existing accounts through strategic planning
Visit nine to twelve customers weekly

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Five-plus years of B2B regional sales experience
Industrial distribution or manufacturing sales background
Enterprise-level account management success
Solution-based consultative sales experience
