- Lead strategic initiatives and decision-making workshops
- Develop comprehensive business cases for key projects
- Mentor analysts and implement best practices in analysis
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement efforts
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience
- Proven leadership in large-scale projects
- Excellent document management and reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
