Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A negotiations to drive company strategies
- Conduct primary research for acquisition target analysis
- Develop complex financial models and risk assessments
- Present quarterly updates to the Board of Directors
- Support operations and portfolio performance insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 10+ years in corporate development or investment banking
- Expertise in private equity and asset valuation
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and financial analysis
- Experience in financial services M&A transactions
