Technological Education Instructor - Online

Brock University

Shape the future of Technological Education at Brock University as an online instructor for Special Topics in Technological Education. Create an inclusive learning environment while applying innovative teaching methodologies. Brock University seeks motivated Education Instructors to deliver the course EDBE 8R10. This online teaching role requires a strong foundation in technological education and social justice principles. You will facilitate engaging discussions, adapt curricula, and support diverse learning needs aligning with the Ontario College of Teachers' standards. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver course content to engage students effectively
Prepare and grade assignments and manage course records
Advise and mentor teacher candidates on professional standards
Collaborate with team leads and attend course meetings
Adapt instructional strategies for diverse learning needs

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years relevant teaching experience in technological education
Master's degree or equivalent qualification in the field
Excellent communication skills for feedback and mentorship
Familiarity with Ontario curriculum and educational technology
Experience in facilitating challenging discussions with diverse learners
