Shape Morgan Stanley’s workforce data governance in Montreal, using dashboard expertise and cross-functional influence within a hybrid workplace.This Director-level position sits within Workforce Architecture & Risk Management, supporting enterprise workforce reporting and HR data governance. You will oversee dashboards containing financial and non-financial risk metrics for senior management performance and compensation processes. The role requires collaboration across Human Resources, Technology, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Execute the Firm’s organizational dashboard program globallyFacilitate system updates with Control Functions and stakeholdersMonitor large-scale datasets through robust validation processesInfluence stakeholders as a trusted subject matter expertImprove reporting and processes through AI and automationRequirements:
