Our TorontoJobs.ca Recruiting Division client, a company in the industrial gas and welding supply industry located in Vaughan, Ontario, is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team.

This is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock type of position.

We are seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping customers happy, staying organized, and jumping in wherever needed to support the team and customers.

What You'll Do

As part of the customer service and operations team, you will:

• Work at the customer service desk assisting walk-in and phone customers

• Coordinate customer deliveries with dispatch and help keep deliveries running smoothly

• Resolve customer issues and follow problems through to completion

• Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently

• Make inside sales and follow-up calls to house accounts and existing customers

• Help strengthen customer relationships and identify sales opportunities

• Work closely with sales representatives, drivers, dispatch, and warehouse staff

• Assist order pickers and warehouse staff during busy periods when teamwork is needed

• Help ensure customers receive the right products and service on time

• Friendly and professional with strong communication skills

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable handling customer concerns and solving problems

• Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed

• Comfortable making customer follow-up and inside sales calls

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Computer proficient with strong attention to detail

• Experience in industrial gases, propane, welding supplies, logistics, distribution, or customer service is considered an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

• Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, Ontario
