You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client's individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner
• Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate add ons to experience
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Spa Associate, Lead Esthetician or Owner to keep database up to date

QUALIFICATIONS

• Esthetic diploma
• Humber College Graduate preferred
• Dermalogica Certified or higher
• Knowledge of microdermabrasion, LED therapy, dermaplaning, OxyGeneo, Peels, NuFace
• Laser Hair Removal
• Waxing Specialist
• Knowledge of skincare lines and products
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility
