Who We're Looking For

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required.

If you do not come from the automotive industry, you must have proven success in a commission-based sales environment and be able to demonstrate strong transferable sales skills.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in automotive sales or another performance-driven sales role
• Understands how to prospect, network, follow up, and generate business opportunities
• Is comfortable reaching out to clients, making calls, and building a customer base
• Enjoys building long-term customer relationships
• Is motivated by performance and the opportunity to earn a six-figure income
• Delivers an exceptional guest experience at every stage of the customer journey
• Is coachable, accountable, and eager to learn
• Thrives in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
• Holds a valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean abstract
• Holds a valid VSA Licence or is able to obtain one

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and lifestyle
• Deliver exceptional product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through referrals, networking, prospecting, and follow-up
• Educate customers on vehicle features, ownership options, and financing solutions
• Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Stay current on Mazda products, incentives, and industry trends
• Maintain CRM activities and customer records
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture

Schedule:  Full-Time

Compensation:  Full Commission -- Expected Earnings: $80,000 to $180,000+ per year
