Director of Care Nursing Leadership

Leading quality initiatives and managing transitions of care will be key responsibilities that directly impact resident experiences and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop standards for nursing practice and care programs
- Promote compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Conduct resident care conferences for collaborative planning
- Ensure effective communication with health professionals
- Analyze care data for quality improvement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Five years of leadership experience in long-term care
- Registration in good standing with BCCNM
- In-depth knowledge of quality improvement practices
- Strong communication and resource management skills
