We specialize in resurfacing both residential and commercial driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, and splash pads. Our product is made of recycled rubber and we install projects throughout British Columbia. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) Admin plays a critical role in providing administrative support to the customer service team. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including maintaining customer service records, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments.
- Manage incoming customer service requests via phone, email, and chat, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, policies, and procedures, and use this knowledge to provide high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer issues and improve the customer experience.
- Use customer service software and tools, including CRMs, to efficiently manage customer requests.
- Ensure that customer service records are accurately documented and tracked.
- Analyze customer service data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in customer service.
