The Head of Apparel Development at Everyday Better Club will spearhead innovative product lines in the performance running apparel sector. In this critical role, you will oversee the complete apparel product development lifecycle, working closely with the founders to transform ideas into successful products. Your experience in performance and technical wear will be vital in improving development processes and supplier management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of seasonal product collection development
• Translate creative ideas into actionable product plans
• Oversee product testing and ensure quality standards
• Evaluate and source new materials and fabrics
• Strengthen supplier communication and partnerships

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in apparel development
• Solid understanding of sourcing and manufacturing
• Proficient in managing tech packs and product specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in outdoor or athletic brands preferred
