Senior Capital Markets Product Manager

Lead Capital Markets product execution at Scotiabank’s Toronto office, translating strategy into requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria. This onsite role requires five days weekly in-office.As Senior Manager, Product Manager, you will deliver roadmap capabilities for Global Capital Markets Transformation. You will manage backlogs, coordinate Agile delivery, and partner across business and technology teams. The work supports measurable business outcomes, user needs, and organizational priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Execute the roadmap established by the Senior Product ManagerOwn, prioritize, and refine the product backlogDefine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaSupport sprint planning, reviews, releases, and continuous improvementMonitor adoption, risks, controls, and business outcomesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in a related disciplineFive or more years in product management or related fieldsUnderstanding of Capital Markets products and trading workflowsAgile backlog and business requirements experienceStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsApply Capital Markets knowledge, Agile product management, and stakeholder leadership to Scotiabank’s Toronto transformation portfolio onsite.
