Senior Water Engineer in Toronto

Take your career to the next level with TYLin as a Senior Engineer in the Water Sector, based in the Greater Toronto Area. Engage in municipal infrastructure projects that require leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management. At TYLin, you will play a key role in our Water Sector team, contributing to various municipal projects. Your responsibilities will include managing and actively participating in the preparation of proposals, mentoring junior engineers, and liaising with municipal and utility agencies. You'll also oversee project finances and schedules while driving quality initiatives within the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and contribute to project proposals and documentation
- Direct design teams through all project phases
- Review engineering reports and drawings
- Mentor intermediate engineering staff
- Professional Engineer designation (P. Eng.)
- 8-10+ years in municipal infrastructure design
- Familiarity with local planning processes
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
