Client Relations Specialist - Canada Remote

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to manage client relationships, ensure a smooth client experience, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with international clients in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, professional relationships.

• Understand client requirements, expectations, and priorities, and communicate them clearly to internal teams.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure client requests, deliverables, and deadlines are handled effectively.

• Manage client communications, follow-ups, approvals, feedback, and action items to ensure nothing is missed.

• Address client questions, concerns, and escalations professionally and coordinate timely resolutions.

• Conduct regular client check-ins and provide clear updates on ongoing projects, tasks, and deliverables.

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify potential issues or areas that require attention.

• Maintain organized records of client communications, requirements, feedback, and project updates.

• Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant teams to support service and process improvements.

• Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing account management.

• Prepare meeting notes, client updates, reports, and other documentation as required.
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Relations, Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working directly with international clients, preferably US-based clients.

• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Comfortable working CST hours .

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and common communication/project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a BPO, agency, e-commerce, or remote-services environment .

• Experience managing multiple client accounts.

• Experience with client onboarding, retention, or account management.

• Experience tracking client KPIs or preparing client reports.

• Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, and project management systems .
