The Practice

• Dual walk-in and rostered family practice model – acute presentations and long-term patient relationships side by side, keeping clinical work varied and rewarding.
• On-site pharmacy – reduces repeat GP contacts and supports complex medication management without additional workload.
• High-demand community with significant unattached patient population – panel builds quickly, particularly for GPs with Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu or Arabic language skills.
• Full-time earnings of CAD 50,000-50,000+ (approx. £189,000-£243,000) on a 75/25 split under OHIP FFS.
• Seven-day clinic coverage including evenings – additional out-of-hours income available for GPs who want to extend beyond core sessions.
