Set and defend strategy, sequencing, and roadmap prioritiesPartner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teamsSupply evidence for packaging, licensing, and channel decisionsAlign product quality with Sophos internal AI standardsBrief executives and internal field audiences regularlyRequirements:
Five or more years in product management or related experienceDemonstrated success delivering solutions for expert usersKnowledge of onboarding, defaults, engagement, and retentionExecutive-level written and verbal communication skillsCybersecurity or security operations experience is strongly preferredLead trusted AI cybersecurity products at Sophos by combining strategic ownership, customer insight, and clear executive communication.
