Collaborating with management and engineering teams, you'll maintain compliance and enhance the reliability of plant systems and assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage plant engineering activities for reliability
- Direct capital investment program for project efficiency
- Oversee the Maintenance Department for safety and productivity
- Accountable for technical care of physical assets
- Ensure EHS performance and quality goals are met
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical fields
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Basic HSE and quality knowledge
- Familiarity with catalyst products and processes
- Travel availability as required
