Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
- Installation, repairs and diagnosis of propane gas systems.
- Locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.
- Fixing issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.
- Installing pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
- Consulting with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.
- Advising clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Certificate ( Prefer Plumb&Gas)
- Experienced plumbers with 5 years experience in a commercial setting. Goal oriented and has attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Has own trade tools.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- 1st to 4th year apprentice and journeyman plumbing/gas certifications are considered an asset.
