About the Position

Three Sisters Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our caregivers play an important role in enhancing clients' quality of life by assisting with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being in their homes or care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance and fall-prevention support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when required.
• Provide medication reminders according to care plans.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes or concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is an asset.
• Healthcare background or relevant caregiving certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search may be required.
• Ability to provide references.
