As part of the Personalisation team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of BrightWrite, a platform crucial for A/B testing and pricing strategies. Your extensive background of 6+ years in Python will enable you to create solutions that enhance revenue for our high-profile partners like Booking.com and Uber, ensuring fast and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and maintain BrightWrite’s core pricing services
• Innovate A/B testing frameworks for safe pricing experiments
• Enhance personalized customer experiences with tailored product offerings
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to preemptively address issues
• Engage with various teams to implement critical integrations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong skills in high-throughput service design
• Experience with A/B testing systems
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and CI/CD practices
