Senior Engineer For Tailings Management

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and optimization of tailings storage facilities. Utilizing advanced geotechnical engineering skills, you will assess project feasibility, provide high-quality analyses, and support ongoing operations and safety. Additionally, you’ll play a mentorship role to less experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize tailings storage facilities - Conduct geotechnical stability and drainage analyses - Generate comprehensive engineering reports and specifications - Oversee field monitoring and construction quality assurance - Maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering - 8-12 years of experience in mining waste - Expertise in tailings management facilities - Familiarity with Canadian regulatory frameworks - Travel availability to project sites across Canada
