Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions Architect

Elevate customer experiences as a Salesforce Solution Architect at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture. This role combines both remote and in-person work to design and launch innovative Service Cloud solutions. As a vital member of our team, you will leverage extensive experience in Salesforce to drive project implementations. Working closely with clients, your responsibilities will include translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions. The position provides an opportunity to work alongside our Artificial Intelligence team for cutting-edge integrations that ensure superior customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead business requirement reviews with clients
Convert user requirements into Salesforce design concepts
Customize configurations within Salesforce Service Cloud
Coordinate technical documentation and client training
Manage essential project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of technical project experience
2+ years focusing on Salesforce project delivery
Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven capacity to manage full project lifecycles
Acumen for juggling multiple client projects efficiently
