The role - your passion
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· You lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers ensuring they shine and are ready for adventure!
· You explain and hand over our campers to the customers
· You put a smile on our customers' faces when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable
· You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits
· You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station happy
· You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction
· You are a self-starter and able to lead the team and station operations in the absence of the Station Manager
What you need to surf the wave with us
· You know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done and lead a hand to support the business needs
· Experience in providing customers with world class customer service
· Valid state drivers license
· Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
· Due to insurance qualifications, you must be at least 21 years of age or older.
· Candidates must have a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check.
WORK CONDITIONS
· Station Hours: Monday through Sunday 9am – 6pm with open availability on weekends mandatory
· Job Type: Hourly, Full Time- Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00
· Working mostly outdoors
· Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs+
