Pay Rate: $25-30/hr

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with teams across Customer Service, Accounting, Purchasing, Shipping, and other departments to deeply understand their processes.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks, data entry duplication, bottlenecks, and areas ripe for automation.
• Create clear, detailed process maps and SOPs to visualize information flow and operational steps.
• Assist in organizing department and company operations as directed by the COO.
• Develop practical recommendations for workflow improvements and oversee their implementation.
• Learn and optimize our ERP, internal portals, and other business systems for maximum efficiency.
• Explore innovative tech solutions, including automation, AI, and portal features, to eliminate manual work.
• Translate operational needs into detailed requirements, collaborating with developers or vendors to design and test solutions.
• Lead operational projects alongside the COO, managing timelines, decisions, and next steps to ensure smooth progress.
• Guide our development team in building tools that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Maximize ERP system automation and efficiencies.
• Support the COO with organizing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned to support overall business success.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Curious, resourceful, and quick to learn new subjects and systems.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with employees and managers across various departments.
• Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in software automation, AI, and system optimization.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in operations, project coordination, business systems, accounting, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal portal management.
• Exposure to automation tools or AI integrations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations, project coordination, or a similar role with cross-departmental interaction.
