Job Description

We are looking for a an NPI Engineer to drive New Product Introduction, industrialization, capital deployment, and manufacturing technology across multiple facilities.

This role will provide technical leadership from product launch through production, ensuring manufacturing capabilities, equipment, processes, and capacity are aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-site NPI and industrialization initiatives from concept through production.
Own capital planning and execution, including business cases, budgets, ROI, equipment, and supplier selection.
Establish technology and manufacturing roadmaps supporting capacity expansion and operational growth.
Drive improvements in productivity, cost, quality, delivery, and equipment reliability.
Lead the implementation and commissioning of new equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Provide technical leadership in resolving complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
Establish and drive standardized engineering and manufacturing practices across facilities.
Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to deliver strategic initiatives.

Ideal Profile

10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, industrialization, or operations engineering.
Proven leadership of complex CapEx and manufacturing transformation initiatives.
Strong background in electric motor manufacturing; rail motor experience is highly valued.
Demonstrated expertise in equipment, tooling, process optimization, and industrialization.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI.
Ability to influence and lead across multiple facilities in a hands-on, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel between facilities as required.
Ability to travel to the US on occasion/when needed.
