Senior Lifecycle Growth Product Manager

Lead lifecycle growth for Invoice Simple using AI-assisted prototyping and rigorous experimentation. This Canada-based role may be performed remotely with occasional travel.As Senior Product Manager, you will own the post-purchase customer journey across iOS, Android, and web. You will guide activation, retention, churn reduction, and feature adoption for a self-serve subscription product. The role partners with engineering, design, data, Lifecycle Marketing, Payments, and Customer Experience.Key Responsibilities:
Own post-purchase onboarding across iOS, Android, and webAccelerate first invoices and payments for new subscribersDrive payments, recurring invoices, and reminders adoptionReduce churn and reactivate lapsed customersDesign experiments and scale successful resultsRequirements:
8+ years in product management2+ years owning growth, activation, retention, or lifecycle outcomesHands-on AI-assisted prototyping or coding experienceStrong experimentation and data analysis skillsExperience with subscription products;
mobile billing is an assetShape Invoice Simple’s lifecycle strategy through AI-driven onboarding, customer insights, experimentation, and measurable retention improvements.
