Working Hours: Mon-Thur 9:00am - 5.00pm and 9:00am-4.00pm on Friday

About the Role:
We are looking to employ a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and maintain the daily loading sheet to support outbound planning
- Place purchase orders with suppliers in line with stock requirements and demand
- Book collections via portals, creating pallet labels and preparing collection notes
- Check and maintain stock levels to determine requirements and manage inventory
- Invoicing
- Review import shipments
- Contract balance review
About you:
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Great communication skills
- Experience in supply chain, co-ordination, logistics, order processing, stock management
- Understanding of stock control, order cycles, and warehouse processes
- Experience working with Logistics and Warehousing suppliers
- Experience in ERP systems, JDE preferred
- Microsoft office suite
- Able to prioritise tasks
