On-Site Supply Chain Coordinator Role

Become a vital part of our organization as an On-Site Supply Chain Coordinator. This role requires strong planning skills and experience in logistics management to oversee essential supply movement. We are looking for an organized individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience and a diploma or certificate in logistics or a related field. You will coordinate operations, track work orders, and consult with the production team to optimize efficiency. This role is based at our physical location, ensuring hands-on involvement in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize operational logistics activities
- Track and complete work orders effectively
- Coordinate cross-department activities and communications
- Monitor supply movement between departments
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regularly
- College, CEGEP, or diploma in logistics (1-2 years)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site without remote options
- Knowledge of production scheduling practices
