Indigenous-Led Palliative & Community Care Lead

Ontario Health seeks a Lead for Indigenous-Led Palliative Care Initiatives to unite portfolios, engage FNIMUI leadership, and co-create a self-determined palliative care model with the Provincial Palliative Care Program. You will guide engagement and program coordination to turn community feedback into action.You will lead complex, multi-partner projects, align diverse stakeholders, and prepare analyses for executive decision-making, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
