This role calls for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Brand & Marketing team at CPA Ontario. Leading a high-performing marketing team, you will focus on student lifecycle marketing and launching multiple coordinated campaigns across diverse channels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a high-impact marketing team - Create data-driven strategies for student recruitment - Deliver integrated campaigns across various marketing channels - Optimize audience targeting and campaign messaging - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Requirements: - University degree in Marketing or Business - Minimum of 6 years in relevant marketing roles - Strong strategic marketing planning experience - Excellent project management skills with Monday.Com - Proficient in Excel and BI reporting tools
