Lincoln Concierge

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Lincoln Concierge to join our Okotoks Ford Lincoln team!

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Service Manager, the Lincoln Concierge will provide customer service to all Lincoln customers and be responsible for organizing all Lincoln vehicles that come into the Service department. The Lincoln Concierge must effectively be able to communicate with customers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives.

Working schedule will be:

• Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. This position may also include coverage for other departments and/or be amended based on business needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Courteously greet and welcome all Lincoln customers and answer any customer inquiries
• Liaison with the Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure the completion of each Lincoln vehicle
• Coordinate appointment bookings with the Service Technicians
• Organize and coordinate with delivery of new Lincolns to clients when necessary
• Ensure that each Lincoln vehicle meets all quality standards prior to customer delivery

Requirements:

• A valid AB driver's license with a clean and current driver’s abstract
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent telephone etiquette
