Description du poste
- Résumé des fonctions Le titulaire de ce poste élabore et gère un portefeuille de clients assignés (commerce entre entreprises) dans une région géographique donnée. Responsabilités :
- Rechercher et développer des clients potentiels pour atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels.
- Prendre contact par téléphone ou par courriel pour obtenir les premiers renseignements sur le client et fixer un rendez-vous.
- Analyser les besoins des clients, préparer les soumissions et présenter les services d’UPS.
- Se concentrer sur la fidélisation et l’entrée de clients actifs dans le portefeuille.
- Effectuer la maintenance, résoudre les problèmes et gérer les ventes dans le portefeuille de clients.
- Surveiller les ventes par la rédaction et la mise à jour de rapports et de systèmes internes. Exigences relatives au poste :
- Respect des exigences locales relatives à la conduite d’un véhicule (âge et permis)
- Disposition à voyager
- Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access et Outlook
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire variable Préférences : Titulaire d’un baccalauréat, ou d’un équivalent international.
