Intermediate Engineer for Human Factors Design

Become an Intermediate Human Factors Engineer with Tetra Tech in Pickering, ON, and influence designs to meet user needs. This role focuses on integrating human capabilities in system development. As a key member of our team, you will apply your knowledge in Human Factors Engineering, collaborating on projects within the Canadian Nuclear Industry. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience and be eligible for Canadian Federal security clearance, contributing to critical analyses and system evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance system designs for user compatibility
• Collaboratively analyze and develop multi-disciplinary projects

• Create technical documentation for system proposals
• Facilitate team discussions and evaluations

Requirements:

• Engineering degree specialized in Human Factors
• P.Eng registration in Ontario or near eligibility
• 5+ years in design or consulting roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Effective in time management and problem resolution
