Job Title: Project Manager - Identity Management & Identity Access Management (IDM/IAM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of an Identity Management and Identity Access Management (IDM/IAM) initiative. This role will focus on the implementation of advanced identity solutions for both internal and client identities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IM/IT delivery and governance, with a proven track record of effectively coordinating diverse teams and engaging with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and success measures.
• Develop an integrated delivery plan covering internal and client identity workstreams, including dependencies, milestones, and decision points.
• Coordinate requirements gathering with business owners, security teams, technical specialists, and application owners.
• Lead implementation planning and execution, including integration, testing, business acceptance, deployment readiness, and transition to operations.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and competing priorities, presenting practical recommendations and trade-offs to decision-makers.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, status reports, decision logs, and governance documentation.
• Lead stakeholder communications and steering committee reporting, including engagement with senior executives.
• Ensure security, privacy, user experience, training, and support requirements are addressed throughout delivery.
• Coordinate rollout and migration planning, including business continuity, user communications, and post-launch support.

Core Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex enterprise IM/IT projects through implementation.
• Strong experience in resource planning, prioritization, budgeting, reporting, and team leadership.
• Experience managing scope, change, risks, issues, vendors, and external service providers.
• Ability to work effectively with business analysis, application, database, networking, and security specialists.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder-management skills.

Identity-specific Priorities:

• Direct accountability for delivering an IAM, identity modernization, or identity lifecycle project.
• Experience with advanced identity management solutions.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, provisioning and deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Experience managing security dependencies, application onboarding, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

Additional Assets:

• Delivery experience with both workforce IAM and customer-facing identity initiatives.
• Experience in public-sector or security-sensitive organizations.
• Bilingual English/French capability is preferred.
