Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:Are you passionate about working with children? We are seeking dedicated after school program staff to join our team. As an After School Program Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting fun educational programs for children. We are happy to train and support the right person for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise after-school activities for school children
- Create engaging and age-appropriate play sessions with your team
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children during program hours
- Collaborate with other team members to manage group dynamics
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Some experience working with children is preferred, but not required
- Ability to engage children in creative and interactive play
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual
- ECE/A holders are welcome to apply and will qualify for wage enhancement
