Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at a lively bar and nightclub. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting bar operations during 6-hour shifts. The successful candidate will assist with inventory management and serve food along with beverages, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix drinks and cocktails according to recipes
Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with patrons
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Assist with inventory control and management tasks
Set up bar area and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
Verify customer IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Take and process drink and food orders efficiently
Open and close the bar following company procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years bartending experience

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Alcohol Server Permit
Knowledge of mixology techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with cash handling and inventory management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of food safety standards
Problem-solving capabilities
