Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Delivery Driver/Crew Member. As a Delivery Driver you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Duties:
-Driving or E-biking to addresses and meeting customers- Take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas- Assist with food preparation as needed- Upsell menu items to increase sales- Provide exceptional customer service at all times- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Ability to use a smart phone maps services
-Good Sense of Direction- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
