Role Overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a driven, sales-minded professional to join our global business as a Sales Account Manager.

Reporting directly into the Team Lead Account Management, and working collaboratively with commercial, marketing & product teams, you will own a portfolio of existing partners and be responsible for selling additional value into that portfolio — driving upsell, expansion and retention revenue for Fresha.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is target-driven, comfortable owning a number, and wants to bring a sales mentality to an existing book of business rather than start from cold outreach. You'll work autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What you will be doing

• Sell – Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and run a full sales cycle to close them, from pitch to signature

• Hit targets – Own and deliver against KPIs on monetization, revenue growth, and retention

• Analyze & execute – Use account data and reporting to prioritize your pipeline and build a plan to convert it into revenue

• Build relationships – Meet with your accounts face-to-face and over video to build the trust needed to sell into them repeatedly

• Run a cadence – Maintain a consistent, proactive contact strategy across your portfolio to keep pipeline moving and reduce churn

• Collaborate – Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience

What we are looking for

• Sales Experience (required) – 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role (prospecting or portfolio-based), with a track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets

• Selling into SMB – 2-3 years' experience closing sales and generating incremental revenue with small-to-medium-sized businesses

• Commercial Acumen – Comfortable analyzing account or portfolio data to spot revenue opportunities and build a plan to close them

• Account Management (nice to have) – Experience managing an existing portfolio or book of business, ideally in SaaS, is a plus but not required

• Team Player – Happy to "roll sleeves up" and assist the team whenever required

• Adaptable – Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Multi-selling - Experience with selling multiple products at a time.

• CRM - Experience with a CRM, we use Hubspot.

The salary offered for this role is $100K to $105K OTE.

Interview Process

• Screen Stage (30 mins)- Video-call with a member from the Talent Team

• 1st stage (45 mins)- Video-call/in-person with Team Lead Account Management

• Final Stage (75 mins)- Video-call/in-person with Team Leads and Head of Commercial
