Director Next Gen Pos Technology

Lead Next Gen POS technology strategy and delivery for Sobeys from Stellarton, Mississauga, or Montreal. Shape architecture, integrations, and secure execution.As Director, Technology Transformation Stores, you will own the POS target-state architecture and execution roadmap. You will lead internal technology delivery, manage external partners, and connect business requirements with future-state technology. The work spans POS solutions, payments, testing, security, infrastructure, and related systems.Key Responsibilities:
Own Next Gen POS strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmapBuild and develop the internal technology delivery organizationOrchestrate integrations, testing, security, and infrastructure deliverySurface technology risks, options, and trade-offs for executivesMaintain existing POS and payment system stabilityRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technology experience10+ years of relevant professional work experience5+ years progressive Information Technology experience3+ years of people leadership experienceLarge-scale implementation and business transformation successBring POS strategy, technology leadership, vendor management, and delivery expertise to Sobeys’ store transformation program.
