MCI is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Contact Centre Associate. Prior experience in customer service or a contact center is preferred. Key skills include excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities, the ability to work independently, and the management of time effectively in a home office setup. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues promptly with professionalism
- Clearly provide product and service information
- Record interactions and feedback in the customer system
- Collaborate in virtual training sessions with team members
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
