What we are looking for:
- Fully Licensed Optician in Alberta.
- Assist patients with selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their prescriptions, visual needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive, lasting relationships with patients.
- Assist with optical sales, product recommendations, and order management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow applicable privacy and professional standards.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional optical environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support the daily operations of the practice.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong asset.
