• Assess risks for life insurance applications up to $3,000,000
• Provide risk decisions and support to Sales & Marketing
• Analyze medical and financial information for policy evaluation
• Interact with reinsurance providers to manage risk retention
• Mentor junior underwriters to ensure decision accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in individual underwriting
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Proficient in medical and financial terminology
• Clear communication skills in English
• University degree in life sciences or related field
