Remote Data Business Analyst Lead

Remote Data Business Analyst Lead using dashboards and visualization to turn complex data into actionable business insights. Collaborate across teams from Ontario.
This lead position translates business questions into reports, visualizations, and technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders and data professionals while improving reporting processes. The focus includes scalable analysis, self-service reporting, and stronger data literacy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Translate business objectives into actionable insights
- Identify trends and opportunities in complex datasets
- Implement scalable, repeatable analytical solutions
- Support self-service reporting through training and guidance
Requirements:
- Approximately five to seven years of relevant experience
- Related post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Intermediate data visualization and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups
