Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Work From Home

Fonemed is expanding its telehealth team and seeks a Nurse Practitioner for a virtual care role. Work from home with flexible scheduling and the ability to assess patients via telephone and video. You will join a team of over 50 NPs, diagnose, prescribe, order tests, and provide continuity of care in a remote clinic.
