We are the Strategy and Enablement team supporting the executive leadership team of TELUS International. Our span is wide and critical to the organization's success. From CEO support, Board program enablement, strategic program development and ownership, to strategic planning, analysis and reporting, we do it all.

You will help drive and enable mission critical governance and strategic transformational change for TELUS International, our customers and our shareholders. This role sits at the centre of the organization and brings to life groundbreaking strategic programs and enablement that directly supports our senior leadership team and are focused on improving business results and the team member experience.

- You will drive a variety of strategic programs that in turn drive our business results, customer experience and our team culture
- As a highly motivated self-starter and thought leader who has a diverse and broad skill set, and is flexible and collaborative in nature, you will work with all levels of leadership to ideate strategic results through the facilitation and delivery of high visibility and high impact results through a programmatic approach
- Your best in class storytelling ability and concise communication style will help bring the TELUS International strategy to life with audiences at multiple levels and via multiple mediums - verbal, written and visual
- You have significant experience working on projects with limited information and ambiguous expected outcomes; experience guiding team members and stakeholders through that ambiguity and you are flexible in nature, and excited when faced by we've-never-done-this-before projects
- You are experienced in designing and facilitating cross-functional senior level leadership sessions, to drive strategic outcomes and sweat the details to make each event a success that moves things forward
- Experience managing multiple large and high-visibility deliverables, often simultaneously, while anticipating, communicating and proactively managing next steps; experience briefing stakeholders on risks, resources and timelines required to attain successful project completion

- A natural ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into the simple
- A growth mindset, and are an engaged results-driven high achiever, and are up for the rapid pace of change
- Demonstrated facilitation abilities for all levels of leadership, including a high degree of comfort and confidence working directly with VP, SVP level and higher
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results; able to move seamlessly from strategy to tactics and from working with senior leaders to frontline leaders
- Compelling communication skills and your knowledge of Google Suite is excellent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic program management or enablement
Great-to-haves
- University or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or another quantitative discipline
- Telecommunications/technology industry experience, especially in in the Cx and Dx space including Generative AI
- Significant experience working on projects with limited information and ambiguous expected outcomes; experience guiding team members and stakeholders through ambiguity
- Experience navigating and partnering with a large and diverse stakeholder mix and driving large-scale organizational change
Location: This is a remote position - Canada.
