Elevate human resources strategies as the Human Resources Executive at Liard First Nation. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with organizational objectives and community values. As the HR Executive, you will lead end-to-end HR services, reporting directly to the Executive Director. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring excellent employee relations. You're expected to uphold organizational values while managing compliance with labor regulations and promoting a culture of safety and wellness. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct recruitment and staffing efforts across the organization
• Formulate comprehensive HR policies and practices
• Monitor compliance with employee regulations and laws

• Manage employee benefits and compensation plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in leadership positions
• Experience working within Indigenous organizations is advantageous
• Knowledge of HRIS and performance management tools
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
